customized in many ways, also through IceSphere's powerful IceStyles

- Added horizontal text alignment to both display modes
- Added vertical text alignment to both display modes
- Added Text Offsets to both display modes. Skinners rejoice!
- Reworked the right-click menu (and added some more options: who needs IceProp anyways ;)
- Finally got true transparency to work for skins, it turns out that this IceStyles function only computes transparency regions for skins with mode Normal, not Tiled or Stretched. I wrote my own little function to accomplish this :-)
- Fixed a bug where the window would not show up right away after a recycle
- Fixed various other visual bugs
